Touchdown Thursdays: Caramel Apple & Brie Skewers

Caramel Apple & Brie Skewers

No room… No room!

Things I fill up on when engaged in game day festivities: beer, and cheese laden delights.

Rarely, if ever, do I have room for dessert.  Until this.

Welcome to quick, easy, 5 ingredient, yumminess.  Fulfilling your sweet tooth cravings, without the need for unbuttoning that top button.

It’s like all the fun of baked Brie, without any of the effort.

Sweet, savory, tangy, creamy – this skewer has it all.

Next time I make this, I’ll use a barley wine/beer reduction.  I’m thinking it’ll be delicious!

I recommend slicing up your Brie, chopping your nuts,  and having them on deck before serving, that way you can cut your apple and not have it browning for you and your guests.

If you’re into shredded coconut, it would be nice sprinkled on top.

So nice to share something so simple and with so few ingredients for a change… ENJOY!
