Now that summer and grilling season are upon us, there is no better time for you to add this recipe to your cook-out arsenal! This could not be easier, more flavorful or delicious. Just fire up that grill and enjoy!
2 Heads of Romaine Lettuce
Gazebo Greek Salad Dressing and Marinade or any dressing similar
Salt/Pepper
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Cut heads of lettuce in half lengthwise. Place dressing overtop each half, as little or as much as you like. Add salt and pepper. Place lettuce cut side down on the grill. Grill each side approximately 3-4 minutes or until lettuce is slightly charred and wilted. Remove from heat and sprinkle the top with cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
This recipe sounds SO GOOD. Some days I’m really depressed that I can’t have a grill. (Well, I could, but living in the urban jungle, I’d have to grill out on the sidewalk with the homeless peeps and junkies. My neighbors do that occasionally, and they get assailed by people hounding them for money to buy liquor at the store across the street.) LOL
